General Park Rules

Check in: 12:00 PM. Check out: 11:00 AM

Late check-outs must be approved in advance with an additional fee.

Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park.

Please use main roads, sidewalks, and designated public paths to walk around the campground.

The park speed limit is 5 mph. This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe.

Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site. Additional vehicles will need to be parked in extra parking spots in designated areas only.

Do not park on our grass.

No parking in common areas. Do not park in the middle of the road. Do not park in sites that you did not register for and do not block our garages or our bathroom and laundry room doors.

Garbage must be placed in bags and into designated can/dumpster.

No digging on campground. No dumping of waste water on grounds. Dumping Station is available.

No ground fires.

Unruly or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Failure to comply with rules are grounds for eviction with no refund. (This applies to campers, pets, and guests.)

Children under 14 must be with an adult at all times.

Cancellation Policy

All cancelations made within 24 hours of date of arrival will be subject to a fee equal to 1 (one) night stay.

No refunds for early departure unless approved by management.

Pet Policies

We ask that you keep your pets on a leash.

Pets are not allowed in the buildings.

Please do not tie your pet to our trees, doors, or posts.

Be a good neighbor and please use the dog walk area and clean up after your pet always. Do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites please. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund.

Pets are not allowed to be left outside unattended.

Due to Insurance Requirements, all pets must be vaccinated in our park. Please make sure your pet’s shots are up-to-date.

Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without refund. 

Fishing

Bank fishing only; NO SWIMMING.

Vehicle/ATV/RV

No major auto or RV repair on site; No washing of RV or auto on site.

ATV’s. Dirt Bikes, Motorcycles, and Golf Carts- OHV’s are welcome onsite but may not be used within the park. ONLY to get to and from your site.

Laundry

The laundry room is open 24/7. Change is available at the park office. Please do not leave your laundry unattended. We are not responsible for accidents or theft.

Restrooms

For the comfort of all our guests, restrooms are open 24/7 with exception of a temporary closing for cleaning once per day. We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms clean, please. Guest under the age of 18 need adult supervision in the bathrooms and showers.

Quiet Time Policies

10pm-8am Monday-Sunday.

Visitors

Only registered guests are permitted to enter the park. All visitors must stop in the office to register, pay a fee and receive a parking pass. Visitors may not bring pets. D&R RV Park reserves the right to limit the number of people visiting a site. Day visitors must depart by 10:00 pm CST. Overnight visitors must depart by Noon CST. Please check with the office before inviting any visitors. Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly registered and that all campground rules are followed.

Drones are not permitted in our park. Please do not fly drones over people or RVs. There are several local area parks where drones are permitted for your enjoyment.

Clotheslines are not permitted in our park.

Fireworks and Firearms

Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park. The prohibiting of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. The prohibiting of firearms includes all guns including air soft, BB, and pellet guns. If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

Electrical Use

You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in our RV. Amp usage over the 50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay.

Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. Maintenance is happy to help. Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so.

Additional Information

We reserve the right to decline or cancel stay.

Extended stays (past 60 days) require a deposit. Please contact park manager.

As a participant in a recreation activity, I am responsible for acting within the limits of my ability and heeding all warnings regarding participation in the activity. I will maintain control of myself and any equipment while participating in the activity and will refrain from acting in any manner that may cause or contribute to injury to myself or to others.

I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE D&R RV PARK & EQUINE TRAINING CENTER, its owners and agents from any and all liability to me, my children, my invitees/guests, personal representatives, and heirs for any loss or damage on account of injury to person (including death) or loss or damage to property relating to, or arising out of, use and occupancy of the D&R RV PARK & EQUINE TRAINING CENTER property and any dangers and hazards associated with acts of nature such as changing weather conditions; high winds; thunder and lightning; temperature fluctuations; falling trees; tree limbs, ice; or encounters with wildlife.

I HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS D&R RV PARK AND EQUINE TRAINING CENTER, Management, and each of them, from any loss, liability, damage or cost (including attorney fees) they may incur due to injury (including death), damage or loss of property relating to use of the Premises by me, my children, and/or my invitees/guests or due to any incidents that may occur during my stay. I understand that, although D&R RV PARK & EQUINE TRAINING CENTER makes every reasonable effort to provide a secure environment, the security of my person, my belongings, and all persons registered in my party is my sole responsibility.

I understand that I am and remain personally liable to pay the total amount of my reservation prior to my scheduled check-in date, or at such earlier date communicated to me. If I fail to pay the total due, I agree that D&R RV PARK & EQUINE TRAINING CENTER may charge any remaining balance (in additional to any damage charges or other amounts owed under these Terms and Conditions) to any credit or debit card on file with my reservation. Any amounts due after 30 days will be subject to the maximum late charge permitted under state law.
